Release date for my first novel


Finally, the edits on my first novel are over! I guess not everybody is blessed with an editor like Jennifer Murphy! She definitely must be made out of steel, otherwise she couldn’t have put up with me. Dear God, Jen, do you ever eat, or sleep, or take off during the weekend to visit some relaxing place where you can get rid of me?

I am still shaking my head in disbelief, reading again and again the email that I have just received from my Head Editor, Jeanne De Vita. It looks like it’s time to start preparing for interviews, promotions and giveaways. So I’m supposed to share with you my Facebook page (which, by the way, is still under construction, scaffolds and all, BEWARE!!! I don’t even have a photo to go with it yet). In other news, I have now decided to change the title of the novel, which was initially ‘Love at first bite’. I thought it was a little silly, don’t you agree? After all, nobody is biting my gorgeous heroine. So now the novel is called ‘Listen to the heartbeat’. Aren’t you curious to find out why?

Now… the release date… December the 28th. Yay!!! Isn’t a late Christmas present the sweetest surprise you can offer? Just think about it! Whether you are a lover, a friend, a daughter, a mother (did I miss anyone?) the happy recipient of your present will forever cherish you. Why? Because they adore you! And, with a bit of luck, it may be because they might fall in love with my book as well.

    I actually like Love At First Bite! Very catchy and somehow light but romantic all in one :)Nevertheless, I'd go for the new title :)

      I changed the title because it somehow suggested a paranormal touch (a vampire's bite for instance), which was not the case. Hope that the new one will be just as catchy :) Thank you sooo much for your support! It warms my heart! You are a peach!
